What type of cleaning do you do?
We offer just about any type of pressure cleaning in the Greater Melbourne area you may need. From commercial pressure cleaning to residential and boat pressure cleaning and detailing services to industrial and warehouse pressure cleaning. We also have scaffolding and elevated work platforms which enables us to clean at heights.
How do you charge?
We quote each job on the basis of a number of variable factors, like square metre footage, how dirty the area is and how much chemical will be required if necessary. For small jobs such as driveway and path cleaning we can provide a quote over the phone if you enquire online and upload an image of the job. For larger more complex jobs we will inspect your property thoroughly and provide you with a detailed, itemised, no obligation, free up front quote on the spot. If you are happy to proceed we can go ahead and immediately arrange a suitable time to get started.

Do you guarantee your work?
We guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with the quality of our service and if the job does not meet your expectations for any reason, we will happily redo it. Until you are fully satisfied, you don’t pay a cent.
Will pressure washing damage my house or garden?
Our Stream Team skilled pressure washing operators are experienced and confident that their pressure washing techniques will not damage your house or garden.
Where possible we use low pressure washing (also referred to as soft washing) for your home. This is the safest way to pressure clean and where required we use a biodegradable house wash that does not leave harmful chemical residue and therefore is safe for your family, pets, plants and yard.
Whose water do you use?
We usually use a client’s water supply. We require a place where we can connect a standard garden hose. If water is not available we do have the ability to bring our own although this may reduce the working time to less than 30 minutes.
Are you licensed and insured?
This is an important question to ask, because quite simply, you can’t afford for an uninsured contractor to work on your home.
Stream Pressure Washing is insured with 20 million dollars of general liability insurance. We are committed to best practice through ongoing industry training & certification, the use of safe cleaning agents and procedures and take every precaution that our staff, the public and your property is protected.
We are certified in the use of all pressure washing equipment and products including White Card CITC (Construction Induction Training Card) and certified for the use of all aerial work platforms declared by Safe Work Australia.
Do I need to seal my driveway after pressure washing?
When it comes to protecting your driveway, patio area, alfresco area, pool area or paths, nothing can be more beneficial to its longevity than the application of a sealer after a professional pressure wash. Sealers and colour application provide protection from weather exposure, moisture, oil stains and tree tannin stains. They also enhance the natural beauty of the concrete, brick and exposed aggregate and make it easier to clean yourself between professional pressure cleaning visits.
Who will come to my home or business & how will I recognise them?
One of our professional operators will attend your cleaning job. Our team will be wearing company uniforms and arrive at your home in a well labelled company vehicle.
