We prefer using water pressure alone instead of graffiti removal chemicals to reduce wear and tear on your building, and naturally this cuts the cost of graffiti removal. However, stubborn layers of paint require graffiti removal chemicals. In this case we use a graffiti eraser that does not contain methanol, methylene chloride or other “halogenated” solvents prohibited on many projects.
Graffiti removal is also tough enough without having to go back to the same surface and remove a newly tagged area. To help make repeated graffiti removal faster and reduce costs we also offer the application of a clear, water-based coating for control of graffiti on most building surfaces. The coating acts as a graffiti barrier, preventing spray paints, crayons and ink from penetrating and staining the underlying surface. The next time graffiti shows up, you can simply wash it off with soap and water.
